Joseph Stephens is Director of Sales and Marketing at Forum Contract Manufacturing. His 35 years of Medical Device contract Manufacturing experience brings a technical side to the sales and marketing approach of Forum Plastics. Joseph has held various leadership roles in medical device manufacturing and helps customers ideas go from prototypes, pilot runs then into full production scalability. Throughout his career he has been an innovator constantly improving customer experience and a champion for speed and efficiency in manufacturing. In his time off he enjoys traveling, classic car restoration, skiing, hiking and boating with his wife and daughters.
Gleny Pinales is the Operations Manager for Forum Plastics. With nearly 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, she has held roles from machine operator to quality inspector and line leader. She originally joined Forum in 2016 as the Planning and Scheduling Manager while leading the Assembly and Pad Printing Departments. She now oversees seven departments and 101 employees across Assembly, Pad Printing, Maintenance, Molding, Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a minor in communication from Central Connecticut State University. In addition to raising her children and spending time with her granddaughter, Gleny volunteers and serves as the president of the Spanish Club for her alma mater.
Joe DiComo is the Customer Service Manager for Forum Plastics. He is driven to improve business operations in corporate environments leveraging software systems to realize maximum efficiencies. He strives to keep Forum as each customer’s supplier of choice by fostering meaningful business relationships through human engagement and leaving transactional business to the software systems. He promotes a customer-centric culture that understands and satisfies customer needs. He is a respected team builder and innovative leader with a proven track record of using best practices for the development, implementation and operation of business systems, policies and procedures, learning and development, performance management, resource planning and staff metrics that align with department and corporate KPIs.
Keston Thompson is the Controller for Forum Plastics. With over 13 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management, his diverse background provides a unique perspective on financial management. His career journey has taken him through a variety of industries including finance, construction, commerce, and the nonprofit sector. He is driven by the vision of financial prosperity and understands that financial control extends beyond numbers. He earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Lehman College where he also served as the vice president of the student chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants.
Lisa Leonard is the Human Resources Manager for Forum Plastics. In this role, she takes great pride in helping and caring for all employees, improving the company culture, and developing engagement activities. She has worked throughout her career in the medical device field, previously starting with Forum in 2009 as the Office Manager. Prior to joining Forum, she was Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales at U.S. Surgical Corporation for 16 years. She had also held positions of Quality Coordinator and Document and Data Control Specialist for Interventional Therapies, LLC. In addition to taking care of her family, Lisa enjoys spending time at the beach, travelling, cooking, and baking.
Jose Mosello is the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Forum Plastics. In this role, he leads compliance, internal audits, and complaint response activities. In his prior roles, he served as Forum’s Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager and was later promoted to Quality Director in 2010. His accomplishments include the qualification plan to transfer Forum’s production to the Waterbury location as well as the implementation on processes resulting in achieving ISO 13485:2016 and 14001:2015 certifications and ITAR registration. He has received multiple operation certifications including Six Sigma-Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing and is a certified ISO 13485:2016 Lead Auditor. He has earned a Bachelor in Science in Manufacturing Engineering and a Master in Science in Engineering Management from The University of Bridgeport.
Ed Butler is the Director of Quality for Forum Plastics. He has over 30 years of industry leadership experience in automotive powertrain components, medical devices, injection molding, and CNC machining operations. Throughout his career, he has held positions of engineering manager, analytical engineer, chief engineer, vice president of mechanical engineering, and vice president and chief technology officer. He is a Blackbelt in Six Sigma, Shainin Technical Problem-Solving Methods, Lean Manufacturing, and Design for Six Sigma. He has led several companies in their successful transformations in operational excellence, world-class quality, and mechanical engineering design and analysis. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a MBA in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
Andrew Butkus is the Director of Engineering at Forum Plastics. Starting off in the injection molding industry as a product designer, he has held other positions as a tool designer, project manager, and engineering manager. His manufacturing background includes medical and medical devices along with paper movement/handling, food and beverage, electronics, gear design, and motion control systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University. He is an avid outdoorsman enjoying activities including mountain biking, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his nephew.
Mark Polinsky is the President at Forum Plastics. His 35 years in manufacturing and operations began with his work in product design, research and development, and manufacturing support. Since, he has held various leadership roles in application and product design in the automotive, aerospace, construction, commercial, and medical industries. He has also led technical teams and overseen product development, equipment, and process support. Prior to becoming Forum’s President in 2017, he worked as its Director of Engineering managing facility and equipment expansion and implementing a new ERP system. He has created a value-based organization focused on customer needs, technology, and metric and data -based decisions that invests in its people and the community. When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, camping, coaching, and working outside.
