2020 Year in Review

Looking back, 2020 was a year of unprecedented uncertainties and new challenges for businesses, institutions and communities. 2020 forced us all to adapt to a new reality of life and way of doing business, from working remotely to implementing new safety protocols. Above all, safety was the highest priority of the year.

Despite these challenges, Forum Plastics remained committed to providing superior injection molding products and services for life-enhancing products.

1. ISO Cleanroom Class 7 Certification

2. Giving Back to Our Community

During this challenging year, we were pleased to have the opportunity to give back to our local community. Forum Plastics donated over 960 cans of food, 800 restaurant gift cards, and a combined $35,000 to local food banks in the Greater Waterbury area with our parent company, Squadron Capital, matching the gift. 3. Fostering Employee Training and Development

In 2020, Forum kicked off the second year of its Set-Up Technician Training Program for emerging talent in a tech role. This comprehensive program provides candidates with the tools necessary to excel in a set-up technician role. Learn more about the program, and hear from our recent graduate.

5. Creating More Common Space for Employees to Social Distance

The office kitchen at Forum Plastics’ Waterbury, CT location was upgraded and expanded in 2020. Aiding social distancing efforts, our staff now has more space to spread out while enjoying lunch. We have also started providing baked goods in the afternoon for our staff members. See photos of the new breakroom.

Looking Ahead to 2021
